absolutely. I couldn't agree more. It was totally outrageous really.

That is some very serious inefficiency and quite probably some serious corruption too. I mean ffs, the construction itself lasted for 3 years or somethign ridiculous and that's not including all the bulls**t and wrangling before it actually went ahead.
