or they used to anyway. I worked at a maltings for a bit when I left school. Them, Marstons, Adnams and a couple of others I forget used to buy Peach Malt which was 5-day quality malt - the most expensive that money can buy.
So expensive that the firm went out of business. Now they all buy 3-day malt I believe
