I like Phil Dowd.........

Makes lots of mistakes like all refs do.

always seems friendly with the players and up for banter.

I like the way he took his time over the sending off today, he knew it was potentially a huge decision.
You could see by his reaction after talking it over with the lino that he had no choice even if it totally f**ked up the game.

I hate it when refs run up to players with the card in hand, almost angry.
Thats just emotional and unprofessional.
