we obviously need more quality, we just need to........

have a better squad than 3-5 other teams.
Currently Im not sure we have a better squad than 5 other teams in the PL.
Reading.... certainly
QPR....... on paper they have some good players who tilt a lot.
Wigan......probably slightly better but its close.
Sunderland..... with the current injuries..... yes we are probably slightly better.

Thats about it.

If the promoted teams decide to spend big and we dont improve we are probably going down next season.

Defensively we are very good but creatively we might need a total overhaul.
Players like Wes and Holt are not getting younger or better.
We are just not opening teams up.
Turning those 0-0 draws into wins is the key and we obviously need strikers and attacking/creative midfield players.

We also need defensive midfield players who can chip in more goals.
We know Johnson cant shoot for s**t. tettey and howson just dont look a goal threat.

GK, RB and CBs looks in good shape. We need a permanent LB, Garrido might not be the answer if a better quality option becomes available.
