limping across the line.

We are. I've been saying for weeks that we'll crawl across the line on our hands and knees.

Those that are still worried by impending relegation and our lack of ability to win games are, of course, entitled to their own views. In the current circumstances, it's a waste of energy and time worrying yourselves silly.

Those retards that have taken to social media sites to spout vile abuse about players and Hughton is totally unacceptable and inexcusable. Some are despairing over RVW signing because he won't get any service from the current squad. HE DOESN'T EVEN JOIN US until the summer... as if we'll go into next season with the one new signing. Get a grip FFS !! Some are even still criticising "Houghton's" tactics, and they're not even being ironic in the slightest. Grow up you pathetic little cry babies... "I WANT IT... AND I WANT IT NOW".... wah wah bloody wah.

The simple truth is that last year we were stronger in attack but very weak at the back. This season we are stronger at the back, but very weak in attack. It's far from ideal, but the fact we keep the points ticking over will see us right.

I'll post the link again for those that seem convinced that we'll be dragged into that final relegation spot in six games time.

There! See? Look at season form points and current form points. Norwich have been above the 40 average all season... still are with six games to go. Honestly, further proof that QPR and Reading have had it, but even Sunderland would have to embark on a form change of Herculean proportions to finish above us. Wigan have still a lot to do to turn it around... and if you want to talk about the "there's always one team that gets dragged into relegation", then this season it's Stoke. Our most pessimistic supporters seemingly think we'll hardly get two more points to rub together this season. That flies in the face of the statistics, but why let facts get in the way of hysterical reactions and accusations of Happy Clappers burying their heads in the sand. Relegation? It just won't happen. That will come into even sharper focus after the games this afternoon.

Honestly, we've never had it so good... supporting our team that's moved from near liquidation, through financial stability, to being externally debt free, and soon the dawn of an era of incredible riches and reward for being in the elite professional football league in this country. So let's get behind the team, stop bickering or hurling abuse, and see OUR team across the line.
