Off the top of my head:

Family with 3 kids, mother falls pregnant

too poor to support further child, has termination (increase in costs to NHS), or can't have termination due to religious beliefs so has child, who then lives in poverty (increase in costs to Social Services, NHS), or terminates child herself (increase in costs to NHS if that goes wrong, or, non financially the inhumanity of people being forced in to that situation).

increase in child murder also possible.
