There will always be scum who take advantage of the system

but this seeks to give the impression that, by association, all people on benefits are scum. Or at least that it was the benefits that led him to murder - rather than the fact that he's clearly an evil man. Harold Shipman killed dozens and he was a reasonably wealthy doctor - are all doctors evil?

It's an isolated case of one man's evil being conflated into it somehow being the *fault* of the benefits system.

Hitler wasn't on benefits.
