In this country no I don't think it is.

Perhaps it is different in Italy, the racism, bigotry, anti-semitism and genocide is seen by some in that country not to be part of what "italian Fascism" was meant to be.

It is a nationalistic authoritarian full employment ideology.

Now I would argue that any massively nationalistic government is always going tend towards racism and bigotry over time.
