Don't know if anyone else saw it, but at the end of the game Hughton told Holt to clap the fans, Holt just walked past him. Also when Hoolihan was subbed he had his arms outstretched(now he might have been doing that at the ref or at Wigan moving ball forward, but could have been about decision). Think he could well be on his way!
