Whenever the Norfolk Cafu moves on, it will be a sad time... but the way I look at it is we have to come to terms with the fact that whilst we're in the Prem we'll be a team in constant transition.

The positive thing for me is that transfer policy can be operated from a position of strength these days. Someone moving on (whether at the end of their contract or not) presents an opportunity for adding better quality, and not leave a gaping hole in the squad as it has done so often in the past.

It's a princely sign of the times.
