So I called an 0800 number today

To get a man with a plan round to sort our aerial. It said "all our operators are busy. Leave your name and number and we will call you back shortly". Not had a call back.

Is there any way this could be a scam? Finding it hard to think how, but odd I got no call back 10 years later.
