Wouldn't McDermott have been the right man

to get them back up though. Unless the Board thought he'd taken them as far as he could and needed new ideas to freshen the place up. Still wrong imo.

Mind you Saints have beaten Chelski and Liverpool and look as if they'll survive now so perhaps the Baord there were right after all. Who the f**k knows.
