Wuz/Brandy - I assume you've seen Neymar more than I have

I hear the brazilians think he's better than Messi. This is only the 3rd or 4th time I've seen him, and I don't see it. He's got some skills, sure, and I've seen clips of his finishing etc, but he looks well short of the Messi standard to my limited experience.
