Norton really is a heap of centiped bollocks....

causes more problems than it is worth.
You've got Malware!
Malwarebytes - install and run.
then Adaware - install and run.
Ditch Norton and install AVG free version.

Also download and install Advanced System Care from iobit. It is free and is the dogs bolloocks. Will do so much stuff to keep everything running sweet.
