Cajun chicken, chorizo, jalapeno and hot sauce panini, iced custard slice for pud.

Mugged me off a bit this lunch - was expecting a 5 to 6 out of 10 on the spicy front, actually got a 8 to 9. Sweaty forehead, nose running, eyes weeping, lips burning. Had my pants pulled down by the sandwich man I think.

Custard slice to the rescue though - just what the Dr. ordered.
