To applaud the fans-FFS, I don't go to see Norwich to have him come and applaud me, its not as if the Manager and staff of Sainsbury's line up and appluad me when I go to buy my groceries, or there is a generous ripple from all at the garage whenever I fill up the car...

"..a leader of men..." -that all well and dandy, how about some footballers in amongst them? Or is it always going to be 11 men who can run and run, as well as clap and then run some more?
