Much much better live, I thought the album was a bit limp as you say

The sound was excellent, the keyboards make a real difference live. The PA at the Junction is always good much better than the Waterfront

They were really enjoying it also, plenty of banter with the crowd makes a change from some of the bands I've seen recently, they even had a McClaren type manager on stage with them at the end, there was a real sense of them thinking "hey, this is f**king brillo pads"

Also if any band has New Rose as their walk on music they're good enough for me!
