McNasty

Was in the gym last last night and I'm pretty sure McNasty was there too. He was on and off the phone. At one point I was close enough to over-head snippets. He was talking to "Mr President" said something about "getting it through the Federation" and "speak tomorrow". Had no idea what it was all about or even if it was McNasty or a look-a-like. Could be RVW linked?
