Sorry but to miss that you would have to be

Completely incompetent as a set of officials. One might be unsighted (although in Halsey's case that's most likely to be because he can't keep up with play any more - I understand why the refs association have cut him some slack given what he has been through but if he keeps making decisions like Sunday it needs to be looked at) but all 4 of them missing it?
