thanks chaps I know its what i asked for but I did say

I am a total ffing idiot when it comes to this sort of thing - when I click on install all I get is a survey and then how I claim an ipod etc. this laptop came wit Norton which has noe run out - someone said avg is good but I will go with your advice - it does say if you have windows 8 then msoft essentials is already installed??? sorry this is so basic stuff
