i think if your arms are up or away from the side of your body

then its likely to be seen as intentional. I believe that's the guidance. It fits with the bassong and Bunn decisions I think. As for Bunn's body being in the way its irrelevant - he committed a foul whilst preventing a clear goalscoring opportunity. If 2 defenders had been behind him we might have got away with it. There is no automatic card for handball.
