what counter attacking style

when we line up 451 it looks like we might try and play like that but we always sit back allow the opposition to come on to us pin us in our own half and then we do get the ball and try and counter attack we give the ball away cheaply and so we remain pinned in our own half

We do not have the players with pace to play that way
