Mick was pretty much spot on. Roeder didnt do a horrible job....

he was just a horrible man whose arrogance never afforded him any patience once the bad run came.
He did a stellar job in his first season which virtually everyone on here seems to forget.

He was handed a totally s**t squad by Grant and had no money.
He brought in loans that actually showed heart and wanted to play like Mo Camara.
