I also think he is also in it for himself ie. wants to be a director. The NCISA should be kicking up a stink on behalf of the gross majority of fans but it cannot do that because it is too busy cuddling up to Delia. It is now a worthless organisation because they would rather tackle the issues of what match pie to eat rather than getting rid of the manager.

The organisation is now nothing more than a powder puff rabble.
