On XBOX

you press the big X in the middle of the joypad which brings up your user menu, you then should see ?messages?click on that and then the message you want to read, open it and you should see a reply option.

Got back into FIFA over the last few days, never usually get messages but got a couple of really aggressive ones today. Cry babies.
