End of the road for Holt?

I'll no doubt attract all sorts of abuse from the usual suspects but just wanted to have my say.
My own thinking is that the combination of being battered over successive seasons and being 'worked out' as a striker in terms of technique has led to a situation where he is unlikely to capture previous form.
Throw family issues into the mix and it might be the best time to sell him on to an NPower club nearer to his family home.
Who agrees or disagrees or just wants to abuse me as an easy target?
