Just thinking like, and know its improper and all that and don't mean to offend but

if you were, you know, with a dwarf, and like doing it any which way, they'd still be nothing like up at the top end would there? I'm not very flexible either. So, what would you do?

I'd have a book on the pillow and catch up with some reading.

Perhaps I haven't thought this one through.
