Same for me regular as clockwork once a night

Had prostate checked by doctor and a consultant (I'm just an old tart really) who said it was okay for a bloke my age....and in that lies the answer. The body like a machine is gradually getting worn so it doesn't operate at peak efficiency so even though I can go all day without a pee, when the old machinery relaxes during sleep I my brain wakes me at 4am and says "oi wake up you old prat you'll piss the bed if you don't go and point Percy at the porcelain".
