no idea, sorry

Only went as a singleton young bloke - I suppose kids mean you'll need to be a bit more organised and might miss out on the nightlife (which I didn't experience anyway) but other than that, can't think of toomany obvious pitfalls.

There's lots of good things for kids though - in winter you have the ice skating in central park and the Rockefeller centre.

There's a great sweet shop 'Economy Candy' somewhere near Moby's tea shop - can't recall district - which they might enjoy. Pretty sure one of the department stores has a big toy dept - might be Macy's but not sure.

There's a small zoo in central park but a much better one out in the Bronx. summer months are probably better for those.

It can get v hot in the summer, and v cold in winter, but apart from that can't imagine why kids would be an issue.

Can be a lot of to-ing and fro-ing between places, but if they can handle/enjoy underground journeys you'll be fine.

I think it's the 'Zagat' guide that has all the good low down on things to do/places to eat etc so that might be worth looking into when planning it all.
