Apparently plenty of donkey in the sucuk. When I go they ask me to bring

kilos of the German-made stuff from Holland. Like coals to Newcastle.

On a more serious note, they are moving closer and closer to Islamitisation unfortunately. Apparently they even want to restore the Hagia Sofia to a working mosque, which would mean re-covering the exposed Christian elements.
