clubs are clearly being leant on from higher up to enforce this...

it is no coincidence that a number of clubs recently have all started to stamp down on this, including in some cases withdrawing season tickets.

The fact is that if people feel they have to take a stand (sorry) and refuse to sit then it will be inevitable that the club follow that route.
