Erm, ah, um...

I had to do that extravagant setup on my Mum's router as she was sans WPS. Buggered if I can remember how to do it now though. You have to have something (PC or laptop) wirelessly connected to the network already, then you have go do something in the router setup I think - to get to those settings it's normally typing something like 192.168.2.1 into the web browser address bar. (I can feel you glazing over again...)
