Yes, hardly using reasonable force is it...?

If you'd got out of bed in the middle of the night, and you heard a noise in the bathroom, wouldn't you *assume* you'd woken your girlfriend up and she'd gone for a piss?

On the one hand, it sounds preposterous, but on the other hand, the evidence so far presented doesn't show a motive for murder. Maybe there's more evidence to come from the prosecution...
