NAS Storage device

Hi you brainy lot. Need to replace my Drobo Fs and looking for an all in 1 multi media server. The Synology DS213+ looks a bit tasty but is nearly 6 months old. Should I get it or is there something better for a similar price? As always, helpful answers are much appreciated.
