Phone technical help required

I have a Samsung XCover GT-5690 and up until yesterday all was fine.

Now I can no longer receive texts and phone calls. Internets is fine. I have done a full factory reset, which is a pain and I have done a smell up the USB.

Still no joy. Is it the phone or should I be talking to T-Mobile?

Have a look at your call settings. I had a similar sounding problem with a Sony.

Try the sim in another phone. And another sim in yours. At least will
