Pensions not included in estate, do not form part of the residual estate. Make sure you have updated expressions of wishes.

The rest is prob best in a private email if you want, as the status depends on if to u have a will or not amongst other things.

I do all the wills for staff of several big corporates in UK and have pretty much seen every scenario.
