Don't think you can cure it OG, just manage it. I've helped mine enormously by

changing my fibre intake to mainly Oats, eating Linseeds and having probiotic youghurt. Still more experimenting to do so will look into Aloe Vera.
Mine's not debilitating, just irritating and uncomfortable at times. At other times it's barely noticeable
