ta for the sympathy. Incidentally he had a bell, and never killed a single bird (or mouse, or anything) in his entire life (13 years).

He did once chase a moth, but it got away. Quite easily as I recall.

Heyho. Burial tomorrow.

Will get another one in due course I guess. Junior Haweses demanding it, and house doesn't feel right without one somehow.

Question is, how can you increase your chances of getting a non-hunter, like old Carlos was? I am completely with Huge Small on this - can't stand the idea of my cat killing birds.
