New Order, Heaven, July 1984

Waited until 1am for them to come on, Gillian couldn't set up her keyboards so seemed to be waiting forever. When they were finally ready to start a mixture of booze, fags and heat took their toll and I passed out. Barman pissed off having to give me free water. Sat down to recover and greeted with a lovely plume of puke from someone walking past me thinking it was a good idea to puke as they walked. New Order managed one hour on set then f**ked off. Waited hours for the night bus home. Got a nice poster tho
