Okay

While ultimately this whole sorry mess is Worthington's fault - I don't disagree with you on that point. He bought the players who are simply not good enough, didn't buy the correct players to fill our squad etc.

But now the players. I can't believe you feel the players are above criticism. Jim Brennen - okay I agree he is not a centre mid, we can forgive him for not playing that well there - but what we cannot forgive him is not at least showing some pride, fight, passion in there. I've always played football with the maxim, if you're playing s**t, you have to make up for it in other ways - by being more aggressive, more commitment. Jim Brennen for me doesn't know the meaning of the words aggression and commitment. He plays two decent games early in the season, one against Plymouth, and he's been complete crap ever since. If I was manager, I'd ship him out. I want players who fight. When things aren't going well, and it can happen to any team, you should at least fight. And the shower of s**t we have as a squad at the moment won't even do that. They show no pride in their profession, a complete lack of respect for the fans who pay their wages and give up their Saturdays to watch them, and are just a bunch of overpaid primma donnas who should be reminded what their job is. They are a disgrace. And they should take as much blame as the manager.
