Well connected binner s/t holder tells me Evans has already chopped the debt...

Did a pence in the pound deal on the quiet some time ago. He reckons the whole thing has been little more than a tax dodge for Evans but now attendances are plummeting I'm guessing the losses are outweighing the tax benefits.
