But the latter comes with time

I think we just need a little bit of patience, we are WELL ahead of McNally's 7 year plan

It will come ( I believe ) as long as there are not knee-jerk reactions from the manager/board/fans etc

Lambert shook things up and wanted things his way, I believe McNally put the club first and it's longer term future

So now we have Hughton
Let's see how things are in 3 years time like Lambert got
