He wasn't at either club for too long though

Perhaps he likes to bring stability first before pushing on from there

Lambert inherited a much easier Norwich than Hughton imo

Lambert's goal was to get us out of a s**tty league, and he did a marvellous job as we all acknowledge, but Hughton had to pick up the reigns and get us stable in the prem pretty quickly - I think he's doing that rather well imo
