It's the long term approach McNally and co have brought to the club and tbh I'm more grateful for that than what Lambert was trying to do, he knew he'd reached the peak at Norwich and used us as a stepping stone. Fair enough it's just a career to them, i'd do the same - but McNally is here for the long term, he helped save our club from going under and is investing in our FUTURE - not entertaining 4-3 wins each week, leave that to the likes of the clueless Blackburn, Mansfield, Forest etc owners

I prefer us not to be a joke club run like any of them, or the pompey's and Luton's etc of the past
