I wish I knew the first match I attended

I know I was taken to Carra for an evening game sometime in the early to mid 1980s, 'cos I can remember the excitement of going (especially as it was a rarity 'cos we only got to go when visiting the Norfolk branch of the family a few times a year). Have no idea who it was we were playing or the result - I was probably about 7 or 8 at the time.

Might ask my dad - he normally remembers that kind of thing. He was telling me the other day about how all the lessons were stopped at his school for the '59 FA Cup semi final replay v Luton "so we could listen on the wireless".
