Hoots isn't normally a cautious manager

Look at his record at Toon and Brum. The current situation requires caution, let QPR, Villa etc get themselves relegated by pushing forward and getting regularly thumped whilst we coast to safety.

Once we have strengthened in the summer we will see more aggression at home and caution away - that's Hoots style.
