what has he done? if you have knowledge in football not just the prem and championship you will know that he has took a league two team 2nd from bottom to top of league one, inc two ldv finals in space of 18months. If you look at some of the best managers today most started off managing lower league teams.

I really dont care what level a manager has managed at. if has the management skills thats good enough.
