Tried to challenge mine as am playing class B when all other houses on street are class C

All houses are similar and valued at roughly the same price.
Council said it would take 3 months to look into it. Chased them after 3 months, they said they'd lost the forms. Waited another 2 months. They eventually and said they weren't going to change it and said they didn't have to give a reason why.
I asked them how I could take it furthe
r and they said I could do some more research and present it but it would be unlikely that it would change anything.

I could by arsed to deal with those f**king braindead drones anymore in the end, and just left it.
