Had a nail in the middle of a run flat when the car was 1 week old. They refuse to "patch" run flats even though possible on same very dubious safety grounds. Standard tyre places will not play ball. Got an independent to do it ( who fixes tractor tyres) no problem after that.

320 D is the one to go for though.
