I pay ?10 a month. I think it's worth it, but then I use it most work days for a few hour

s on my laptop. I use it on my foon at home when cooking, etc, and sometimes Mrs B has it on her ipod touch when she's pottering about the house too.

So in total we use it much more than the free account would allow us to, so it makes sense to pay. Plus I use the offline playlists on my mobile when I'm out and about, and you only get them on Premium, I think.
